I never thought that video shorts would be accessible to the blind. Unlike a classic video, I am able to mark the beginning and the end with the reading application, so in future shorts I can cut out the chatter of the phone, which, who knows why, when you tap the button to start recording, some notifications from the camera application start chattering. It's still less annoying than with an iPhone, where the reader tries to describe to a blind person how the camera is tilted, how many people are in front of it, and so on, directly into the video, which is really disturbing. It's not so bad here yet, which you can judge for yourself.
