Both in and out of business, it can happen to anyone. At the beginning of March, I officially advertised the claim for the premises. Someone responded, but I didn't know that it was most likely at least a whim of a prankster, and even in the best case scenario. What actually happened?
As I wrote above, the gentleman, let's call him the owner, responded to my request, saying that he had read my request and that he had available for rent or possible purchase the premises of the former car workshop in Vělopolí. Eighty square meters, with a passage for smaller cars, electricity, heating. He offered me all this for four thousand and five hundred crowns, plus energy. Everything looked good, we had a normal conversation, which resulted in an agreement that he would contact me and that we would arrange a date when I would come to see the premises. He suggested that I bring a person with me to check everything visually, which I agreed to. So far so good. But the Lord didn't call the first week, the second week, so I started reminding him. He still didn't respond, but he read my messages. But on Friday there was a turning point. The nice gentleman suddenly disappeared from the social network. And that started to get weird. So I got in touch with the mayor of Vělopolí and he told me to my great surprise that the gentleman under the name he was appearing under was not a citizen of Vělopolí, moreover, no one even knew him, but what's more, now came the shock. There was never an official or unofficial car workshop in the village. So I'm back at the beginning. My only unanswered question is why? Why did someone need to create an account on a social network for the sole purpose of taking a shot at me and unnecessarily slowing down my entire project? After all, it takes some time before a person creates such an account. I don't know, but I'd rather spend that time on something more useful than purposefully setting up such accounts, because the only thing the person gets out of it is my phone number.
